  • All equipment purchased through Green Street Merchant Services, new or refurbished, includes a manufacturer warranty.

  • We will replace or repair any purchased equipment within thirty (30) days of purchase. After this time, we work with customers to contact the manufacturers for any needed service.

  • Unopened equipment may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, at the merchant’s expense. In some cases a restocking fee may be applied to the return.

  • Software products cannot be returned for a refund.
